I am Megan, the Business Development Manager at Weichert Realtors Tower Properties. In my role, I am dedicated to empowering real estate agents to thrive in their careers, whether they are seasoned professionals or aspiring newcomers.

I work closely with agents from all four offices, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. For those interested in pursuing a career in real estate, I am deeply involved in assisting them through their education process. From offering study guides and practice tests to conducting weekly progress meetings, I ensure that aspiring professionals have the resources and encouragement they need to succeed in their coursework and exams. 

Once agents obtain their real estate license, my role continues as I provide comprehensive training on the latest technology and enroll them in our Fast Track program to jumpstart their careers. Drawing on over a decade of experience in mentoring and career development, I collaborate with agents to create personalized business plans tailored to their unique goals.

My passion lies in mentorship and support, and I am committed to helping real estate agents reach their full potential. By offering ongoing guidance, training, and encouragement, I equip agents with the tools they need to build successful and fulfilling careers in real estate.
